Scope and booking
These terms apply to the public Yalla Araby website, consultation requests, and the language-learning services we agree with you. Submitting an enquiry, completing the path quiz, or booking a free consultation does not by itself create a paid enrolment or guarantee availability.
Course agreements
The course format, teacher, timetable, fees, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any immersion arrangements are confirmed with you in writing before paid services begin. That written confirmation forms part of the agreement and prevails where it differs from these general website terms.
Learning services
We provide live Arabic teaching online and, where agreed, in person. Progress depends on attendance, preparation, participation, and individual circumstances, so we cannot promise a particular result. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and a respectful learning environment. A parent or legal guardian must arrange services for a child.
Use of the website
Website and course materials are protected by intellectual-property law and may be used only for your personal learning unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party services, including the booking calendar, are governed by their own terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
