1.1 Agreement to Terms:By creating an account, booking a class, or using any service provided by Yalla Araby, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. 1.2 Age Requirements: Our services are available to individuals aged 13 and above. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use our services. By using our services as a minor, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. 1.3 Account Registration: To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The curriculum, pace, and teaching methods may be adjusted by instructors based on student progress and requirements. While we strive to accommodate all learning preferences, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. 2.3 Instructor Qualifications: Our instructors are native Arabic speakers with expertise in teaching Arabic as a first or second language. While we carefully select qualified educators, Yalla Araby does not guarantee specific teaching methodologies or learning outcomes, as language acquisition varies by individual. 2.4 Class Scheduling: Students can schedule classes based on instructor availability and their own preferences. Class times are subject to mutual agreement between student and instructor. Yalla Araby operates across multiple time zones and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests. 2.5 Technical Requirements: Students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connectivity, appropriate hardware (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and required software to participate in online classes. Yalla Araby is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end that prevent class attendance. 2.6 Course Materials: Instructors may provide digital learning materials, textbooks recommendations, or other resources as part of the curriculum. Some materials may be subject to copyright protection, and students agree to use them solely for personal educational purposes within the scope of their enrollment. 2.7 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, Yalla Araby does not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with or without notice.
Payment Terms and Pricing
3.1 Payment Methods: Yalla Araby accepts payment through various methods as indicated on our website, which may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, or other electronic payment systems. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase. 3.2 Pricing: Course prices are displayed on our website and may vary based on the type of course, lesson duration, instructor, and package selected. All prices are subject to change without notice, though any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for. 3.3 Payment Schedule: Payment is typically required in advance before classes begin. For package courses, full payment or installment arrangements must be established according to the terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment. 3.4 Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, Yalla Araby reserves the right to suspend access to classes and materials until payment is made in full. Accounts with outstanding balances for more than 30 days may be subject to cancellation. 3.5 Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in the designated currency (USD, EUR, or other as specified). Students are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institutions. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location, and you are responsible for any additional taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction. 3.6 Refund Policy: Our refund policy is as follows: - Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class - For package courses, refunds for unused classes may be issued on a pro-rata basis if requested within 14 days of the first class, minus a processing fee - No refunds will be issued for missed classes or classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice by the student - Refunds may take 10-14 business days to process and appear in your account 3.7 Promotional Offers: Yalla Araby may offer promotional discounts, special rates, or package deals from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and may be withdrawn at any time. 3.8 Dispute Resolution: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge to dispute it. We will investigate all payment disputes in good faith and work toward a fair resolution.
